Good Afternoon,
Photography and the camera can be a daunting thing when starting out, we all start knowing nothing about this craft.
With that said allow me to introduce you to another side of the studio/business.
For the last couple of years I have been running photography events, training and workshops at the studio and have enjoyed every minuet of them. These events and workshops have allowed me to help people and also learn myself.
In My Bag's 01 - The Camera & Lens Bag
Over the next couple of post’s we will be taking a look at what gear I use for my work as a photographer. Starting out we will be looking at the Camera & Lens bag.
This bag ( Think Tank Photo – Airport International V2 ) has been with me for the last 6 years or so and is still going strong.
The video below goes over the kit that is stored in this bag for any given job.
Photography Fundamentals - Exposure Part 3 - Aperture
In this next part of the tutorial series and moving on from ISO and Shutter Speed we are going to be looking at aperture and the affect it has on exposure. Some of you may already be aware that aperture not only controls your available light exposure but also your flash exposure (This is true of ISO also) but we are not getting in to flash yet, more on that much later on this blog.
The reason I want you to concentrate on just available light exposure and the fundamental exposure triangle (ISO, Shutter Speed, Aperture) is because I want you to get this nailed down before you go learning flash or buying that new camera or lens. Walk before you Run.
