Just before Christmas 2017 I had the pleasure of a visit form my God Sons (Zakk & Saul) and family, so I just had to get them booked in at the studio for a family portrait session.
With them living over in Wales and being busy over in my home town of Stockport I don’t get to see them as often as I would like but it’s always great to see them all.
Ellen is my sister from another mister, Steve aka (Dude) is a dam good friend that would drop everything to help you at a heartbeat. The two monsters in the photos are my god sons Zakk & Saul. I love all these people to bits.
Family
Family Portraits – Freddie, Max, George & Lisa
What can I say about Freddie and family. They are amazing to work for.
I have had the pleasure of photographing Freddie many times over the last 7 years and this time I had the man himself, his good friend Max & Mum Lisa and George.
As always, a blast was had in the studio and the photographs turned out great. Let’s get to what you came here for.. the photos.
The St. Helens Wedding of Mr & Mrs Henry (Mike & Catherine)
In November I had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of Katherine and Mike in St Helens. I worked with my good friend and 2nd shooter Stuart through the day.
We had 2 venues to cover.
1. Ceremony – Held at the beautiful St Mary’s Lowe House. Seriously that place is huge inside. Great place to work in because you have a ton of room to work in.
2. Reception – Held at Ruskin Drive Sportsground which has a nice function room with plenty of room and if you time it right some helpful light from the bank of windows on the left of the room 😊
The day was amazing and myself and Stuart enjoyed meeting all the friends and family of the bride and groom.
We started the day at St Mary’s arriving early to await guests arriving and to get some details covered.
Freddie At 5 - He's 5 Years Old...
I first photographed Freddie back in 2010 and I have worked with the family over the years since. The latest shoot recently took place and Freddie is now 5.. he’s 5. Time flies.
It has been a pleasure working with this family over the years and I hope for many years to come.
What can I say about Freddie?
He’s a character.
Always has a smile on his face.
Can be a bit cheeky but in a funny way.
He is also very expressive, especially when you get him talking about football.
Over the years I have begun to recognise when he is going to laugh, smile or give one of many faces he does. It’s been great to watch him grow and capture his personality and moments.
Before we get to the images from the most recent shoot let’s take a look down Freddie lane, including Puds the assistant kitty. (Click on the images for a larger view)
My personal favourite images of Freddie are shown below.
A few images from the most recent shoot can be seen below.
Thank you to my clients Esther & Phil for allowing me to be part of Freddie’s life and capture him as he grows up.
Thank you for reading.
Rick
